Tailored Home Solutions is a locally woman-owned residential and commercial cleaning company that services the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas.  You would be a great fit and enjoy this role if you are reliable, steady, patient, positive attitude, are courteous, precise, have high standards, and willing to learn. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. The physical ability to perform required duties involved in cleaning tasks such as mopping, light lifting, vacuuming, dusting, bed making, bending, kneeling, wipe-downs, scrubbing, and other physical job duties for 6-8 hours.
  2. Customer service skills - the ability to communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. A willingness to learn and follow specific cleaning procedures. Be a team player who can also work independently. Individuals who have a high integrity and work ethic.
  4. Have enthusiasm and take pride in your work with a detail-oriented mindset.
  5. Pet-friendly - over 90% of our client families have animals.
  6. A self-motivated and a self-starter as the majority of the time we work on a solo model.

Benefits

No experience is needed. We train all employees. Paid training. Once fully trained and vetted (nine to twelve weeks), our technicians average between $18 - $26 per hour ($625- $800 weekly plus tips) within the first year. With our Pay for Performance System, you control the pay and goal achievements.

Required Qualifications

 

  1. The ability to pass a background check, clean driving record, and pass a drug test.
  2. MUST have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance. You will need to have a working vehicle available.
  3. Not allergic to pets, dust, or anything preventing you from working in a variety of homes.
  4. Smartphone with a data plan.
  5. Available Monday through Friday.
  6. Availability for 30-40 hours weekly.
  7. Legal to work in the USA.
