Essential Duties & Responsibilities
What Your Day Looks Like
Picture this: You get up, drive directly to your first home, and get moving. You know the plan, you know the system, and you keep things moving from the first home to the second.
You’ll stay productive throughout the day, notice the little things, and take pride in leaving each home looking its best. You’ll be on your feet, moving throughout the day, and working around pets and children.
Show up. Stay productive. Follow the system. Do good work. Take pride in what you accomplish and the difference you make for others.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities in real time
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work on your feet for 7–8 hours, Monday-Friday
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Valid driver’s license + reliable insured vehicle (full access)
- Dependable transportation to service locations
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Pet- and child-friendly
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Willingness to follow company systems, policies, and safety procedures
