  1. Clean residential homes using structured systems (training provided)
  2. Work independently and as part of a supportive team
  3. Use safe, family- and pet-friendly cleaning products
  4. Maintain high-quality standards in every home
  5. Stay active and engaged throughout the day
  6. Deliver excellent service to clients

Required Qualifications

  1. Ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities in real time
  2. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
  3. Ability to work on your feet for 6–8 hours, Monday-Friday
  4. Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
  5. Valid driver’s license + reliable insured vehicle (full access)
  6. Smartphone for communication and scheduling
  7. Pet- and child-friendly
